    İstanbulkart ile HES Kodu Eşleştirme

    Belbim Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Belbim AŞ” or “Company”) takes all kinds of technical and legal measures in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("LPPD") in the processing of your personal data due to the activities it carries out. The related persons can access the detailed information on processing of their personal data, their transfer to third persons, the method of and legal reasons for collecting personal data, and their rights included in the LPPD in the following clarification text.

    A.Personal Data Processed for the Purpose of Personalization of the Cards

    B.Purposes of and Legal Reason for the Processing of Personal Data

    Your identity, contact data and personal data within the scope of special occupation, employment status etc. for the card you are using are collected and processed by our Company for the following purposes and legal reasons, based on the personal data processing conditions specified in articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

    Based on the legal reasons that it is mandatory for the fulfillment of our legal obligations and that it is clearly stipulated in the laws;

    1.Carrying out activities related to the personalization of cards in order to protect public health in urban public transportation pursuant to the decisions and orders of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and ensuring the integration of transportation card systems with Hayat Eve Sığar (HES) application pursuant to IMM instructions and on behalf of IMM,
    2.Performance of the services to by our Company within the scope of the duties and responsibilities of the İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality ("IMM") pursuant to Metropolitan Municipality Law No. 5216 and the relevant legislation,
    3.Fulfillment of the information/document requests of courts, municipalities and authorized public institutions and organizations, in particular the CBRT,
    4. Conducting payment instrument and electronic money services in accordance with the legislation and supervising the services,
    5. Follow-up of and control of unauthorized use and suspicious transactions,
    6. Request of information and documents belonging to card users in accordance with the obligations within the scope of know your customer principle,
    7. Conducting the processes regarding the reporting and storage of financial records arising from the legislation to which our Company is subject,
    8. Issuance of the documents we are obliged to issue in accordance with the relevant laws,

    Based on the legal reason that the processing of personal data of the parties to the contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract;

    1. Allocation of payment instruments for card users to benefit from the services of Belbim AŞ,
    2. Conducting the processes regarding the provision of special cards requested by card users,
    3. Carrying out solution center activities such as balance transfer, rights top up, transaction limit definition at the requests of the card users,
    4. Fulfillment of our Sales/After-service obligations,
    5. Finalization of the requests and complaints of card users,
    6. Carrying out automatic top-up machine services and ensuring the security of card users' transactions on the machines,
    7. Ensuring secure access to transportation card systems by card users and performing authentication procedures in order to ensure authorization controls in this regard,
    8. Notification of changes in Belbim AŞ services to card users in line with changes in legislation or the policies adopted by our Company,

    Based on the legal reason that data processing is mandatory for our legitimate interests as data controller provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the related person;

    1. Improvement, development, and diversification of the services provided by our company,
    2. Enabling communication and cooperation between our company and IMM, ensuring coordination, conducting common business areas,
    3. Conducting activities aimed at the satisfaction of card users,
    4. Execution and follow-up of financial reporting and risk management processes,
    5. Determination and implementation of our commercial and business strategies for the purpose of diversification of the services offered by our company,
    6. Conducting processes related to brand and reputation management and corporate communication activities,
    7. Ensuring that the products and services produced and offered by our company, IMM and other affiliates that are affiliated to IMM are delivered to consumers, suppliers, business partners and public institutions in line with the realization of our commercial/public and social purposes,

    Based on your explicit consent, if any

    1. Recommending and promoting the products and services offered by our Company to related persons, by contacting the card users, including profiling and analysis activities, by customizing them according to taste, usage habits and needs of related persons,
    2. Sending commercial electronic messages to card users' preferred contact addresses,

    C. Transfer of Personal Data

    In accordance with the rules regarding the transfer of personal data specified in articles 8 and 9 of the Law within the scope of data processing conditions regulated in articles 5 and 6 of the Law, your personal data collected in line with the realization of the above purposes are transferred to the following ones for the following purposes,

    • to our suppliers and technical service providers from whose services we benefit within the scope of our legitimate interests,
    • to our business partners with whom we are in cooperation within the scope of our legitimate interests,
    • to legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private organizations, in particular IMM, IMM Affiliates and Subsidiaries, to the extent explicitly stipulated in the laws and within the scope of fulfillment of our legal obligations,
    • to, in particular, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, IMM and IMM Affiliates that provide services in the field of urban public transportation and their Subsidiaries that also provide services in this field, within the scope of fulfilling our legal obligations regarding compliance with the decisions taken and implemented by the authorized public institutions and organizations in order to protect public health,

    D.Method Of Collecting Personal Data

    Your personal data processed within the scope of your use of personalized card are collected through İstanbulkart application centers and IMM white table points in the physical environment; and through Alo 153, website and mobile application in electronic environment within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes.

    E. Rights of the Related Person

    In accordance with article 11 of the LPPD, the related persons have the right:
    • To learn whether his/her personal data are processed or not,
    • To request information if his/her personal data are processed,
    • To learn the purpose of his/her data processing and whether this data is used for intended purposes,
    • To know the third parties to whom his/her personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
    • To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to third persons to whom the personal data are transferred,
    • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing are eliminated, and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to third persons to whom the personal data are transferred, although it was processed in accordance with the provisions of LPPD and other relevant laws,
    • To object to the processing, exclusively by automatic means, of his personal data, which leads to an unfavorable consequence for the person himself/herself,
    • To request compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of his/her personal data.

    The related persons can submit their applications regarding their rights to our Company via the addresses below:

    The requests of the related person will be evaluated and finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be based upon.

    Hayat Eve Sığar uygulaması ya da SMS üzerinden aldığın HES Kodunu, kişisel bilgilerini ve telefon numaranı https://kisisellestirme.istanbulkart.istanbul sitesindeki gerekli alanlara doldurarak ya da İstanbulkart Mobil'deki 'Ayarlar' sekmesinden 'HES Kodu İşlemleri'ni seçerek eşleştirme işlemini gerçekleştirebilirsin. 

    Temaslı Kişiye Geçiş İzni Verilmeyecek!

    Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın aldığı tedbirler kapsamında İçişleri Bakanlığı’nın yayınladığı genelgeye göre,  tanılı ya da temaslı olup izolasyonda olması gerekirken şehir içi toplu ulaşım araçlarını kullandığı tespit edilen kişilerin bilgileri ilgili makamlarla paylaşılmaktadır. Covid-19 tanılı hastaların, taşıyıcıların veya bu kişilerle temasta olanların toplu ulaşım kullanımı geçici olarak engellenecektir.
